• Who is eligible for the Offer? Westpac customers holding a Westpac Business One Plus account; and that are New Zii Customers.
• How to accept the Offer? To accept the Offer, you must, during the Offer Period, accept the digital proposal from Zii, using your Eligible Westpac Business Card or Westpac transaction account.
• What’s included in the Offer? 12 Months free + 20% discount in year 2 and 3 for Standard Food &Beverage POS or Starter Retail Solution (Eligible Product). The Offer only applies to the cost of a subscription for the Eligible Product.
• What’s not included in the Offer? The Offer does not include any hardware upgrades. The Offer does not include non-core modules such as QR/Online, Loyalty or Reservations. The Offer does not include on-site visit.
• What happens if I have multiple locations for my business? Am I eligible for the Offer for each location? You are eligible to take up the Offer for multiple locations, however a separate subscription is required for each location. For each location, you will be eligible for the Offer if you accept the digital proposal from Zii using your Eligible Westpac Business Card or Westpac transaction account.
• What happens to my plan when the offer expires? For the second and third year, the subscription will automatically renew with a 20% discount off the RRP of the product you have taken up in the offer. From the fourth year onward, the subscription will automatically renew at the RRP of the products you’ve taken up in the offer.
• What happens if I stop being a Westpac Business One Plus account holder? You will no longer be eligible for this Offer. A Zii representative will contact you to advise you are no longer eligible for this offer and the RRP will be charged in the following billing month.
• Is there a minimum contract period? Minimum contract period is 24 months. In the event cancellation is required, written notice should be given to cs@ziicloud.com. 30 days notice is required for cancellation without penalties. In the event cancellation is given with less than 30 days’ notice, a $99 admin fee is payable.
• I’m an existing Zii customer, can I participate in the offer? The Offer only applies to new Zii customers that have not had a paid Zii product subscription for at least 6 months prior to the date of taking up the offer.
• Where can I find out the details about my billing cycle? Please log on to Zii portal to access billing information and invoices.
• How do I know I received the offer? A member of Zii will call you to confirm the offer and requirements. You will also receive an email welcoming you to Zii and details to register your merchant details.
