Responsibility

Designing, developing, and maintaining corporate websites using software and tools like WIX, Squarespace, Sketch, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, and scripting languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript, ReactJS, and VueJS.
Producing engaging web content and marketing materials such as videos, animations, and digital graphics using multimedia software and tools like Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, and Adobe After Effects.
Generating design ideas using computer-based design packages such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, Dreamweaver, Animate CC, Apple Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, and programming languages like JavaScript and HTML5.
Collaborating and communicating with network specialists or technicians to address web-related issues such as data integrity, data security, web hosting, user access, space allocation, backup and recovery.
Ensuring the company website remains fresh and up-to-date by incorporating customer guideline videos and promotions.

Meeting with clients to understand their expectations and needs, and designing and developing the Help Center section displayed on company website.
Maintaining the library of Help Center assets.
Creating a range of visual content, including videos, for various platforms such as websites, presentations, kiosks, billboards, online advertising, and social channels.
Proactively improving the visual brand across all channels and adhering to established master brand guidelines.
Designing and developing campaign webpages for display on the company website, partner platforms, and social media channels.
Assisting the Sales and Customer Service Departments with social media marketing activities.
Seeking opportunities for creative concept development, such as new logos and visual identity elements for sub-brands and future products/programs.
Performing any additional duties as required to support the company's multimedia needs.

Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in a field related to multimedia and technologies, such as computing, computer science, multimedia technology, software development, web development, visual arts, or relevant experience of a minimum of 5 years.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a multimedia specialist within a technology company.
Proficiency in multimedia software and tools such as video editing software, graphic design software, and web development tools.
Demonstrate a high level of competence using Adobe CC. (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)

Expert knowledge of programming languages like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with content management systems (CMS).
Familiarity with multimedia production processes, including video editing, animation, and graphic design.
Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team whilst also being able to take initiative and work autonomously.
Strong time management skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines and effectively prioritize tasks.
